An incredible 3D Installation is on display at the Sharjah Biennial created by Manchester born, David Spriggs.

This piece, titled Axis of Power is made using white acrylic on mulitiple sheets of layered transparent plastic film, aluminum tee bars and springs.

There is a video of the piece that displays the full three dimensional effect. It's a bit choppy, but still worth the tour. The layers are quite remarkable and evoke a feeling of... yes, I would like to swim in your cloudy art portal of dreaminess.
