New AIRWALK Site Launches
Denver based Legwork Studio just launched a new brand site for Airwalk that they're really excited about and wanted to share.
Here are some notable items:
+ The site is built on a custom PHP/MySQL CMS that allows people all over the world to add regional content.
+ The front end is JavaScript based and uses the initial version of their new JS framework that is a combination of Prototype and jQuery. This allowed them to wrap all of the cool stuff you can do with jQuery into reusable/extendable classes. (They'd love to hear feedback if you want to take a look under the hood.)
+ The site also has a custom-skinned YouTube player with JavaScript controls that will be featured in next month's Web Designer Magazine.
+ The store was created by a company called Unleaded Software.
